“I read the Sutras daily and meditate each day, but now the difference is that I take a gentle, middle stance instead of being “dharma ridden” as I was before. Practice is wordless and formless in nature, not something that I have to frenetically work out. Coupled with my understanding of Shunryu Suzuki’s essay on “Beginner’s Mind”, my practice is becoming naturally seamless on its own. Water the good seeds and watch them miraculously grow into wisdom trees!
